Dr. Bruce Baker, DO

Born and raised on the peninsula of Washington State, Bailee developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest and the importance of feeling confident in one’s own skin. Her background in women’s health has shaped a career dedicated to helping women feel beautiful, empowered, and at home in their bodies.

She earned her undergraduate degree from Washington State University and master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University. Drawing on this foundation, specializing in aesthetic treatments, medical weight-loss management, and hormone replacement therapy. Her approach combines clinical expertise with a genuine passion for supporting women through every stage of life—whether that means restoring hormonal balance, achieving sustainable weight-loss goals, or enhancing natural beauty with thoughtful, personalized care.

At the spa, Bailee is committed to creating a warm, supportive environment where every patient feels seen, heard, and confident in the journey toward looking and feeling their best. 

  Kelly brings over a decade of healthcare experience and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best to The Spa by HorizonView. With a strong clinical background and an artistic eye for aesthetics, she specializes in injectables, medical weight management, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. She has a particular passion for fillers, Sculptra, and PRP, combining her medical expertise with a thoughtful, personalized approach to enhancing natural beauty.

Kelly believes aesthetic and wellness treatments should be tailored to each patient's individual goals, helping them achieve natural-looking results while feeling confident and comfortable in their own skin. Known for her honesty, creativity, and compassionate nature, she takes pride in building genuine relationships with her patients and creating treatment plans that reflect their unique needs. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their experience.

Outside of the spa, Kelly enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and spending quality time with her family and their two bunnies.

 Chelsea is a Licensed Practical Nurse and aesthetic injector with a passion for helping patients feel confident, beautiful, and comfortable in their own skin. With a healthcare career beginning in 2013 and experience working alongside Dr. Baker at HorizonView Health since 2020, she brings a strong clinical foundation and a genuine love for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness to The Spa by HorizonView.

Combining her medical experience with a compassionate, patient-centered approach, Chelsea is dedicated to providing personalized care that enhances natural beauty while helping patients look and feel their best. She continues to further her education and expand her knowledge, ensuring her patients receive thoughtful, quality care. Known for her kind, caring, and joyful personality, she strives to create a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, supported, and confident throughout their experience.

Outside of the spa, Chelsea enjoys boating, traveling, and spending quality time with her family, including her two daughters and dogs.

Shirley brings over a decade of experience in aesthetics to The Spa by HorizonView, serving as our Operations Manager, Aesthetician, and Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist. Since beginning her career in 2012, she has been passionate about helping patients achieve their wellness and aesthetic goals through personalized care that fits their needs and budget. Known for her calm, supportive nature, Shirley takes pride in making every patient feel heard, comfortable, and confident. Outside the spa, she's a self-proclaimed “DIY Queen” who loves traveling, spending time at the beach, and cheering on her children at their sporting events.

Trisha is a Washington State–credentialed Medical Assistant and Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist, with additional certifications in Nutrition Coaching, Biohacking, and Naturopathy. She brings a passion for wellness, metabolic health, healthy aging, and patient education, while also overseeing The Spa's marketing. Known for her nurturing personality, sense of humor, and ability to connect with others, Trisha loves making patients feel comfortable, informed, and at home. Outside the spa, she enjoys spending time with her family and grandkids, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors.

Mikaya brings four years of industry experience to her role at the front desk of The Spa by HorizonView. From scheduling appointments to helping patients connect with the right providers, she takes pride in creating a welcoming and personalized experience. With a background as a professional horse trainer, Mikaya brings a strong work ethic, dedication, and attention to detail to everything she does. Known for her honesty, loyalty, and outgoing personality, she enjoys building relationships with patients and watching them achieve their wellness goals.

Kayla brings a cheerful personality and a passion for patient care to her role as Receptionist and Medical Assistant at The Spa by HorizonView. With experience in the aesthetics industry, she loves helping patients feel beautiful, confident, and cared for. Known for her sweet, outgoing personality and sense of humor, Kayla keeps the office smiling with her self-proclaimed talent as a “professional yapper.” She especially loves CO2 resurfacing treatments and enjoys being part of the spa's close-knit team. Outside of work, Kayla loves spending quality time with her husband and their dogs.

Rachel brings years of customer service experience and a passion for aesthetics to her role as Receptionist at The Spa by HorizonView. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment, building genuine connections, and making every patient feel comfortable and valued. Known for her caring, friendly personality and great sense of humor, Rachel loves supporting her team and celebrating patients' results. Outside the spa, she's a devoted animal lover who enjoys fostering rescue animals, spending time with her family, and tackling escape rooms.
